I am not even gonna lie to you. The Iran situation scares the shit out of me. I knew Iran was always a wildcard but I did not know their leader,Mahmoud Ahmadinejad., was a crazy son of a bitch...I didnt really peep it until he came to Columbia. Ill admit students showed out too much with hyperbolic insults and just general snobbery, for lack of a better word. But, what struck me as odd was the smirk he kept on his face like, "keep talking America , I got something for ya"...I mean really, this mutha just seems like the type that wouldnt mind starting WW III just to go down in history for starting it...

He is just a wild card, megalomanic(knows one when i sees one). I am not sure if we should send him some Omaha Steaks or come to his rest 3 in the morning "just us and the guns." With crazy muthas you never really know...I do know, as hypocritical as it sounds, that SOB does NOT need any nuclear weapons...We definitely need to see to that...On that note

North Korea is a bit scary too just because they have been a bit too quiet lately. It always rubbed me the wrong way that NK wouldn't let the UN investigate. ..It could have just been NK had a junkie house and didnt want company over or NK could just be stock piling nukes... Who knows...but Innocents have nothing to hide. Besides, that missle launch they had not too long ago just seemed a bit too innocuous...Kim Jong Il isnt exactly free from mental defects himself. Can someone have a napolean AND an inferiority complex at the same time...Il just seems like he wants to wild out...Ditto for NK on the nuclear front...just in case

1. British-I mean they can say the moon is just a spotlight from an intergalactic titty bar and itll sound smart...just cant beat that
2. French-everything sounds sexy in a french accent...
3. Spanish-same as above, but the spanish language is so passionate that even the accent sounds full of vigor...
4.Boston-hilarious accent. I love it.
5. Southern...i admit its an accent that doesnt lend itself to an intelligence connotation, but you can get anything you want with it. Ppl are just naturally nice to people with southern accents. It may not sound smart like a brits, but you can just hear the empathy and caring in it. Try this, the next time you need something done, try giving a southern accent and see if it doesnt get done faster...its better than a bribe...well not better but close...

The Grand Arcanum...

The grand Arcanum is a method by which the Philosopher's Stone is made in the science of Alchemy (this is within the anime show "Full Metal Alchemist" I guess this is two pieces of the puzzle). The term "Alchemy" is generally used to describe the process of turning lead into gold. While that is a piece, the theory behind alchemy is basically the breaking down of an element (remember matter cannot be destroyed) and its subsequent recreation as something else.


Alchemy has rules. And as with every science, it is mainly about balance. In essence, "to obtain something of equal value must be lost." That is the first law of alchemy. There is no lion without a gazelle. There is no water without a balance between Hydrogen and Oxygen. For example, you cannot turn a dime into a skyscraper without the necessary matter to do so, sacrificing the necessary effort to balance the equation. However, the Philosopher's stone bypasses those laws so to speak. With the Philosopher's Stone, one does not need a medium(transmutation circle in this case) as a catalyst, one does not need to sacrifice, one does not need balance. Everything you need is already stored in the Stone.


While the show "Full Metal Alchemist" is quite obviously fantasy, there is a metaphor behind it. The Philosopher's Stone is the mind. A tool, if properly created and cultivated, is limitless. A mind can bypass the laws of physics. How a person can walk over hot coals and not get burned? How can a spirit continue to exist without a body? All of this is capable through the mind. With that said, there is a philosopher's stone in all of us. Its just what you are willing to sacrifice to cultivate it, be it hours spent pouring over tomes or time with loved ones, partying, etc.


The Grand Arcanum calls for 10, 000 souls for the creation of a philosophers stone. The pain, the heartbreak, the essence of humanity, is captured in this tiny red stone. Just like your mind. Your mind is partly the sum of your experiences as a human. The schooling, the rearing, the pain, the joy, etc is all trapped in there. The other part is an untapped source of potential energy waiting to be unlocked. The issue is just what you chose to use it for.

This blog is my Grand Arcanum. The sum of all my experiences(my essence: what I am and am to be, if you will) with the hope that I can create a collective philosopher's stone out of the minds of the masses. It is a grandiose undertaking, i know(told you i was a megalomaniac the first post). But if we all band together for the common good we can make a utopia, bypassing the limit of human fallibility and onward back to Eden. Combined our voice, our reason, our being will be a force for change.
